Admissions Process

Please carefully follow all of the following steps in order to ensure your completed application arrives in time to register for the start of the semester. If you have any questions regarding the application process please contact the registrar's office at (410) 861-6876.

A. Fill out a completed application form.

The application form includes approval from your diocesan bishop. Applications received without approval will be delayed until approval has been received. You may download the application here. Remember to mail your matriculation fee with the application form. B. Send in all necessary transcripts.

Transcripts must be original and in a sealed envelope from the educational institution. Opened or photocopied transcripts will not be accepted and may result in a delay of your application.

C. Once admitted, register for classes.

The class schedule contains the academic calendar, available courses, the current fee and tuition structure, as well as academic advising information. Please read the schedule carefully in order to ensure you properly register for semester courses. The class registration form is on the last page of the  class schedule.

D. Read the Student Handbook

The Student Handbook contains the details about all the procedures and the rules and regulations.  Please read the handbook carefully before beginning your course work.
